Building Land is becoming increasingly expensive in Berlin; the good locations put it on even stronger. The purchase prices move away sharply from the standard land values. That comes out of the "Ad hoc Market Report December 2015" by the committee of experts for land values in Berlin. The selling cases from July to September 2015 show a price level for total Berlin in the amount of 110 % over the land value levels of 1st of January 2015, which was normalized to 100 %. At this the price increase has major differences in the residential areas: While only a level of 103 % was achieved in basic locations, the actual prices of an index level of 121% have been encapsulated significantly by the land values in the good locations.
